To Whom It May Concern,

This is a letter of recommendation for Janine Schug. In October of 2014 I had the
pleasure of meeting and working with Janine at the 2014 Wisconsin RID Fall
Conference in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Initially, I was impressed that she applied to
volunteer for our conference considering she was coming from a different state and
knew no one in Wisconsin. In my experience, that kind of outgoing attitude and
personality isnt usually common among students. Her initiative is something that
made a great first impression.
While working at the conference Janine made herself available and volunteered
regularly for situations that arose, often interacting with other volunteers and
interpreters from Wisconsin. She displayed her ability to be flexible and
accommodating in many situations. The committee was thoroughly impressed with
her eagerness to serve and her ability to complete tasks as assigned.
Janine was a welcomed addition to our team for the 2014 Fall Conference and I
would give her high consideration for any future event. The enthusiasm she
displayed, even after a long weekend, left a lasting impression not only on the
committee members, but any student or professional that she interacted with. Her
positive attitude and consistent follow through is something all conferences need to
make it through the long and strenuous process that is conference planning. She
would be an asset to any team. We hope Janine will consider volunteering with us in
the future.

Sincerely
Jonathan Thomm
