Brief Description: For this assignment, I created a grade book template. With this template I can
insert students scores from different projects and get the semester average.

Rationale: To document my understanding of Standard #6, Assessment, I selected to include my

Grade Keeper because this assignment demonstrates the development of an assessment that can
help monitor and guide the teachers and learners decision making.
