Pivot Chart

Within the CD Database that I created I made a pivot chart within Microsoft
Access. A pivot chart is a way of creating a graph from data within the database.
On the X axis it shows all the different CDs that are stocked by the company and
the Y axis is the number they have sold. On this particular pivot chart you can
see that the highest selling CD was Phantom Chains with around 460 sales and
the lowest was A few Thoughts with sales of around 40. A pivot chart would be
a good way for the businesses to display sales and analyse their performance.
From looking at the pivot chart I can see that the highest sellers are Phantom
Chains and Dinner so the company may choose to stock more of these as
they will sell quickly. They also may choose to promote A Few Thoughts through
advertising or offers etc. as it is the lowest selling product.
