It is regarding Rahul Sharma, who is presently in CSTI payroll under Apex, Service provider.
When this land was finalised for CSTI construction in the year of 2009, Rahul Sharma was
working as a Supervisor in B&F-IC under sub-contractor.
During the construction of CSTI, he was posted as a caretaker. Some bad elements of our
society tried to steal the construction material several times, attacked and threatened with
dire consequences but he along with the villagers did not let them succeed. Shockingly,
one night they even started firing bullets on them and, unfortunately, one of the bullet hit
his left shoulder. This incident took place on 8th May 2009. During this ill-fated incident the
project manager was Mr. Harihar Chauhan and the accountant was Mr. Dipendra Singh.
Hardly 11 months surpassed this incident. On 24th April 2010 at the time of construction he
slipped-off the stairs and fell on his back due to which his backbone got injured.
Hence, I would request you to compensate him suitably as he is no more capable of
working properly and he has to take care of his family(which includes 2 children, his wife
and his parents).
For your reference Im enclosing all the necessary documents like FIR, hospital reports and
the original letter of request by Rahul Sharma.
