    projectwasaimedatfocusingonPEASparagraphs,quotesandwiches,correctcitations,andan
    abundantamountofcredibleinformation.Thisprojectwasverydifficult,butitwasmybest
    writtenpiecethusfarinEnglish106.IhadalotoffunwritingthispaperbecauseIreallyenjoyed
    learningaboutgovernmentsurveillance,interviewingtheMayor,etc.
    TherewerealotofICaPgoalsmetinthisproject.
    Thefirstgoalmetwas,tounderstand
    theinherentrhetoricalsituationofwritingincludingpurpose,audience,andcontext.The
    purposeofthisprojectwastoconnectthebookbacktoreallife.TheaudiencewaswhoI
    intendedtoreadmypaper.Anothergoalwas,Toprepareforwritinginlateruniversitycourses
    acrossthecurriculumbylearningtoarticulate,develop,andsupportapointthroughboth
    primaryandsecondaryresearch.Thisgoalwasachievedbecauseinordertodevelopasolid
    researchpaper,wewererequiredtodoprimaryandsecondaryresearch.Learninghowto
    researchandcitenowwillhelpmeaccomplishresearchprojectsforotherclassesinthefuture.
    Thegoaloftodevelopeffectiveandefficientprocessesforwritingbyprovidingpracticewith
    planning,drafting,revising,andeditinginmultiplegenresusingavarietyofmedia.Every
    projectneedstohaveseveraldraftsinordertocreateastrongfinalpiece.Ialsohadmanypeople
    reviewandhelpmeeditmyresearchpapertomeetthisgoal.Thisprojectalsometthe
    technologyICaPgoals,aswellas,knowledgeofconventions.
