Tiffany began her internship at Lared @Sussex Tech in January 2015 and she immediately began to assert a confidence and professionalism that worked to advance the goels of the program and the organizational maintenance of each professional she has encountered. Her experience in the field of parent training obviously contributed to her ability to deliver effective training and assisted in the development of trust building relationships in the work and school environment. Tiffany has also remained exceptional in every additional role necessary for the effectiveness of the program. These include, completing quantitative assessments, program content development, group facilitation and staff engagement.
