Write your checks and deposits into the correct colums, then write the formula used to
balance your ledger into colum G on row 3. The formula is the one I have written for you.
After you have your formula minus the quotation marks click on the bottom right corner
of the cell and drag the formula down to your last entry. This should balance your ledger.

Make sure you enter the checks you wrote in colum D and the deposits given you in colum
F. Do not leave blank rows or the formula will not work correctly.
