The insufficient amount of exercise is a current issue that the modern society faces nowadays

and it is given minor attention by both civilians and officials. Even though the change should appear
from our own consciousness, the governments could stimulate the members of the community in various
ways.
An extremely beneficial way of managing this situation would be to introduce different courses
on psychical education and health in all schools. By implementing those activities, student will be aware
of the multiple benefits that training provides to their stamina and physical appearance. Some certified
gym trainers could be invited to those educations programmes in order to teach the young generation
how to burn calories adequately and how to the transform the exercise time into a relief from the daily
stress. In order to be a more successful option, a corresponding programme for parents could be created
so they will be able to introduce some of the ideas in the process of upbringing their children at home.
The idea of generating free facilities may initially be considered as a positive one, but once the
suggestion is analysed from different points of view, it proves to be rather inefficient and an useless
investment. My affirmation is based on the fact that in spite of having access to such tax-free activities,
for instance walking, jogging and cycling, people do not take full advantage of them. The assumption
that youngsters do not exercise properly just because they can not afford a membership proves to be
wrong , therefore this plan would not be rational to apply and it would not lead to a favourable change
in the current situation.
In the light of the arguments presented above, I strongly recommend that the governments
should introduce some special courses in the scholar curriculum as well as trying to target the parents'
attention, in order to make the information more productive.
