To whom it may concern:

This is written in regards to our observation that Xavier and Jasmine Sayles live happily
together as husband and wife.
In early July 2014, my wife, Chancee Wyatt, and I, Christopher Walker, met Xavier and Jasmine
before they were married. We have been in their company several times in friends homes and
maintain regular contact with them. They demonstrate an ongoing sound, felicitous relationship
and I anticipate their marriage will remain a lifetime commitment.
Jasmine is part of the squadrons spousal group and regularly participates in conversations on
upcoming events in the squadron.
We have spent time together on a regular basis more or less as friends. To the best of my
knowledge they seem to operate as a very happy couple.
Jasmine and Xavier appear to be very devoted to one another which shows each time we are in
contact with them. Even when we are with one without the other they do nothing but praise their
spouse and show unconditional love for one another.
