Be more stern, give more examples when explaining,
need louder voice for disrespectful students.

After reading through the evaluations from my students I am pleased to know that my students appreciate my
organization, clarity of instruction, and checks for constant understanding from students. I agree with my
students that I will need to use a sterner and louder voice for students who disrupt learning. The next time I
teach, I will implement a behavior management plan and be fair, firm, and consistent with my rule. Moreover, I
will use a firm voice to manage the misbehaviors.
