different rates under different plans you can choose when subscribing to a new
SIM card. Different plans give you different call rates and different offers on data
and SMS messages.
Telenor Serbia offer following tariff packages for prepaid

1. Tako lako (So easy) tariff package implies the same price for all calls

Minute price towards all networks cost 9,90 RSD

SMS price 4,90 RSD

Fixed fee for each initiated call is 9,90 RSD. All calls are charged at 60 seconds
interval. Data transfer in national traffic is charged for 1KB = 0.06 RSD
The price of the prepaid package Tako lako is 200,00 RSD (VAT included). The
package includes 50,00 RSD initial credit value

3. Pria (Talk) tariff package implies talk and send messages at exceptionally
favourable call prices with other Telenor users.

Posle 4 (After 4 o clock) costumer can call and write whenever he want, how
much he want, while the best call price is between 4:00 PM and 8:00 a.m. next
morning and over weekends. Minute price within interval cost 5,87 RSD. Minute
price outside the interval cost 11,87 RSD and SMS price is 4,90 RSD

4) What is the minimum recharge amount?

5) What is the cost to get a new SIM card?
Telenor -

New SIM card cost 200,00 RSD and includes an initial credit of 50,00 RSD
except for Telenor Play prepaid package which cost 300,00 RSD, also
with 50,00 RSD initial credits.
MTS New Prepaid SIM card costs 200,00 RSD and includes an initial credit of
100,00 RSD.
VIP mobile New SIM card cost 200,00 RSD with 100,00 RSD initial credits
6) How long will the credit on the SIM card last before it expires? - different
plans offer generally different expiry lengths.
MTS - Credit expires 180 days after the last recharge.
Telenor - Credit expires 180 days after the last recharge.
VIP Mobile - Credit expires 180 days after the last recharge.
7) How long will the SIM card continue working for from the first date of purchase?
- During this period, can it receive phone calls? Receive SMS?
MTS -

Period of validity of a prepaid SIM card is eleven months plus one month.
This means that costumers can use their SIM card during eleven months
after activation or last recharge, without payment of loans. One month
after this period, costumers can only receive calls.
Telenor Period of validity of a prepaid SIM card is 300 days. This means that
costumers can use their card during ten months after activation or last
recharge, without payment of loans. Two months after this period,
costumers can only receive calls.
VIP Mobile - Period of validity of a prepaid SIM card is 13 months from the last
recharge, without payment of loans.
8) What is the minimum recharge amount and how long will this recharge amount
extend the validity of the SIM card?
As I wrote in fourth answer, minimum recharge amount for all providers cost 50,00
RSD. Recharge amount does not affect the duration of validity of the SIM card.

9) What is the best recharge amount that will give the most days of expiry? For
example, $1 might give 30 days of expiry and $5 might give 180 days of expiry.
Recharge amount does not affect the duration of validity of the credit. This is a rule
for all operators. Exceptionally VIP Mobile can apply shorter periods of validity credit
special promotional packages.
10) Will these SIM cards do roaming? As in, you buy a SIM card prepaid and then
take it to another country; will it be able to receive phone calls or SMS? If not
phone calls, will it receive SMS?
SIM cards from all providers can receive both calls and SMS in the roaming.
11) Include a list of the codes (if any) available to activate and/or get information
on services. For example, *101# might return the amount of money available
remaining the SIM card. *102# might return information about what number it is.
Every carrier has different codes and every code will do different things. I need
these codes and if not available, why not? - What are the alternatives to get
information?

12) If the SIM cards DO roam internationally, do they immediately roam without
needing any sort of activation method before leaving the country? - or does the
user of the SIM card need to activate the roaming feature prior to leaving the
country? - How is it done if activation is required?

the signal and be registered to the roaming partner network without
activation.

15) Is number porting available in your country? - is it easy to shift from one
mobile carrier to the next or difficult? - How long does it normally take to move to
another carrier whilst keeping your original number? (This is what porting means)

Mobile phone number portability refers to the possibility of keeping old
phone number when costumers wish to change their mobile operator.
The procedure of the mobile phone porting is rather simple, and can be
carried out in any VIP retail, where their administrators will complete all
required documents on costumer behalf. In the course of mobile phone
porting, there will be no service intermission and costumers will be able
to use your number all the time, as usual. A prepaid user can port
his/her mobile phone number by submitting a valid identification
document, SIM card and PUK number.
TELENOR -

Number porting is available. Number porting procedure can be launched

if future costumer has no contract obligation to previous operator.
Everyone can become Telenor user and keep old phone number. This is a
legal obligation of all mobile operators in accordance with law and the
Rules of number portability in public mobile telecommunications
networks. The Republican Electronic Communications Agency prescribes
the process of filing the request and Telenor has no influence on the
approval and porting time limits.

MTS -

Request for the transfer of the MTS network user may submit in two
ways - in the offices of Telekom Serbia, on web site through on-line or
by calling the customer service number 064/789. Within two days of
receiving the request, the user who wants to switch to the MTS network
will be informed as to whether the conditions for the transfer of. If a
request is made by 14:00 hours, request shall be deemed filed the day,
while the request is filed after 14:00 hours considered a request
submitted the next business day.

Since the introduction of number portability is not possible to know in whose network
the number is, only based on the phone number (060, 063, 064). In order to protect
the consumer, the person who transferred the call number before making a call, get
the message: "The number is transferred to the operator X. From the time of
application for transfer from one number to another network to the realization of the
transfer can take 4 working days (2 working days to process checks eligibility and 2
working days to transfer the number).
