My hypothesis is that there is a

space between the wheels and the
axel which allows the wheel to
spin. The wheels are not tight
enough around the axel to restrict
the wheel from spinning.

them. If you were to take an old
project from someone else and
innovate it, that project becomes
yours. Even though it might be
hard, its worth it due to the fact
that can receive money for your
new inovation.

that almost everything can be
reverse engineered. You can insert
anything you want as the black box
and still be able to reverse
engineer it in a way that you and
others can understand.
