Hannah Truitt has been in our full day kindergarten classroom at Wolf's Crossing from January
2015-March 2015. In that time it has been a pleasure to watch Hannah grow and develop her
skills as a teacher. She came in very strong with her questioning skills, Hannah has grown
tremendously in her classroom management skills. She uses many tricks of the trade to help
grab students’ attention and help with transitions. She has mastered time management and
kindergarten content areas. She is reflective in her teaching and it shows in her lesson plans.
She is very coachable. She takes suggestions easily and immediately tries to put them into
practice. Hannah is very nurturing with the students. She uses positive reinforcements and
clear expectations to help guide her students. She pays attention to individual student strengths
and needs. She has high expectations for her students and adapts lessons to fit their needs.
Hannah has formed good relationships with her students. She will be greatly missed. | highly
recommend her for any teaching position she chooses to pursue.
