Limit comments to space provided) Hannah Truitt has been in our full day kindergarten classroom at Wolf's Crossing from January 2015-March 2015. In that time it has been a pleasure to watch Hannah grow and develop her skills as a teacher. She came in very strong with her questioning skills, Hannah has grown tremendously in her classroom management skills. She uses many tricks of the trade to help grab students’ attention and help with transitions. She has mastered time management and kindergarten content areas. She is reflective in her teaching and it shows in her lesson plans. She is very coachable. She takes suggestions easily and immediately tries to put them into practice. Hannah is very nurturing with the students. She uses positive reinforcements and clear expectations to help guide her students. She pays attention to individual student strengths and needs. She has high expectations for her students and adapts lessons to fit their needs. Hannah has formed good relationships with her students.
