NAME DECLARATION, CORRECTION PROCLAMATION AND PUBLICATION
I _____Malik Bey________ , Ex Rel MICHAEL CARY FLEMING given my affirmation, do hereby for the record Proclaim that I am a
Moorish American Moslem, Descendant of the Ancient Moroccan Empire and born in America, and am now a full Citizen of the U.S.A.
I hereby renounce and reject all titles that allude to slavery (Black, Colored, Negro, Afro-American, African-American etc.) or any other
given names (Latino, Hispanic, etc.). By signing this contract I hereby set and cause to be
ratified, all instruments signed for me as an infant and henceforth, shed all liability of any contracts signed for me as an infant by authority of
the Moorish Science Temple of America. I hereby accept Islamism, the religion of my ancestors, as my Religion and Divine Creed. I have
chosen the cultural identity and Nationality of my fore-parents who were stripped of their culture and identities in America in 1774 and
branded with slave labels in 1779 which lasted until 1865. In this new era of time, I hereby reclaim my Moorish American Nationality, and
the Birthrights afforded the citizens of this Free Constitutional Republic. Let it be known to all, that this is who I am, and I shall be referred to
as henceforth by the Moorish American name of: Malik Bey
I am a parent or legal guardian of the following children and wish them to also become a Free National of the Clean and Pure Nation of
Moors within the United States of America. Below is a list of my children:
