PBL Folder Instructions

You will need to submit a cover page and table of contents with all of your PBL materials. You will
be given a file folder in which to place all of the specified items below. Please follow instructions carefully.
These items are due today. The only items which may be modified are the contents that need to
be modified before your presentation date.
Contents of folder (in this order):

Cover page
Table of contents
Appendices

Cover Page must have:

All items centered both horizontally and vertically


Times New Roman font, 12 pt, double spaced
Project title, names of group members, my name, and class period
See below for example:
Project Title
Groups Members (first and last names)
Mrs. Dean
__ period

Table of Contents must have:

Times New Roman font, 12 pt, double spaced


Final copies of all items listed below
IMPORTANT: Periods 1/7 do NOT need an appendices section
