Spring 2011 To Whom It May Concem: Itis my pleasure to write a letter of support for Mrs. Tara Michael. I was her student teacher supervisor during her Special Education student teaching assignment in the Emotional Support program at the Orefield, Middle School. Ms, Michael demonstrated the professional and personal characteristics that describe a very effective teacher of students with special learning needs and challenging behaviors. Mrs. Michael’s delivered lessons with enthusiasm and proper sequencing and utilized teaching techniques that promoted student understanding of State Academic Standards.
