Achievement Targets:
I want the students to learn what it is like to do all upper body muscular endurance.
Special Planning/Preparations (i.e. safety concerns, etc.): We need to make sure we have the appropriate weight so we are not
straining ourselves. We need to make sure we are properly warmed up so we do not pull a muscle.
Procedures
Intro-Activity: I will gather the class to discuss what
the plans of the day will be.

Time
5 min

Warm-up: I will have the class jog 2 laps then we will 10 min
do static stretches, and partner stretching to stretch our
arms and legs. Mainly arms since that will be my
focus for today.
Rules: We will partner up and go into the free weights
or circuit room. Well will be doing 4 different lifts
working biceps, triceps, chest, and some shoulders.

Diverse Needs
Those who cannot run they can walk insist.

Activity: We will do 4 different lifts. We will do


butterflies, bench, curls, and tricep extensions. We will
do it for a minute with 30 secs rest and do 2 sets of
each lift.

Ending Activity/Cool-down: We will walk a lap to


cool down and get our heart rate back to normal.

5 min

Closure: I will then talk to the class about my lesson


and see what they got out of it. I will ask them if they
have any questions or concerns.
