10th February 2015 Coca Cola Consumer Complaint Division P.O. BOX 1734 Atlanta, GA, 30301 Dear Customer Service: On 9th February 2015, I purchased a dozen cans of diet coke from Wal-Mart. Unfortunately, as I opened a can of your diet coke and took my first sip I felt something gooey on my tongue. I am disappointed because instead of obtaining a cool sip of your delicious diet coke, I got the taste of a gooey substance of which I have currently failed to discern. To resolve the issue at hand, I would appreciate if you would open the can and determine what was inside of it, pay for all possible health issues caused by whatever was inside of the diet coke can, and pay a compensation fee for this issue. Enclosed are copies of my receipt of the diet coke. I look forward to hearing back from you and possibly resolving the issue at hand and I will wait until 17th February 2015 before seeking help from a Consumer Protection Agency or the Better Business Bureau.
