A fat boy, 12 years old, was brought by his mother to the hospital emergency

unit because his body was weak and his consciousness was also decreasing.
After arrived in hospital, he got convulsion. The mother told the doctor that his
son had been two days suffering from diarrhea. He excreted a yellowish liquid
more than 10 times a day. His mother had tried to make effort to give him oralit
or foods/beverages he liked but he vomited them whenever they were given.
Both of his hands and feet were cool and wet.
