Single Phase Energy Analyzer with Harmonics Measurement SPEA-1 is Single Phase Energy Analyzer with Harmonics Measurement. It has below parameters – Voltage Ampere Watt Watt- Hour Power Factor Frequency Some Advanced parameters are Crest Factor and Form Factor are also available which helps to improve the quality of power supplies or to test the various loads. SPEA-1 has true RMS measurement. SPEA-1 also measures average and Peak value of Voltage and Current. Using SD Card support, User can generate production report by single button press. Data logging is also available. All files can be easily viewable by MS-Excel. it removes the need of Computer in the testing Table. So it saves unnecessary space and connections. Removing computer also saves your electricity load. SPEA-1 has 7 LED Display to show parameter values clearly. These values can be viewed from the far. It can be used by two application types given below- Production R&D In Production mode one Display shows Serial No. of testing model. Serial No. can be changed using buttons. On single button click it saves all data to the production report file. User can use data logging facility to test performance of testing model with respect to time. In R&D mode Data Logging is disabled. One Display shows Harmonics. Harmonics Values are shown as value as well as % format. Software Interface is available for detailed harmonics analysis and pdf report generation.

    500mW LED Bulb Testing

    Setup We have provided 220 Volts AC Input to the SPEA-1 source and connects
    the 0.5W led bulb at load. Micro SD Card is inserted in SPEA-1. For real time data
    viewing we have connected SPEA-1 to the software through USB

    In the above Image Vrms, Arms, W, VTHD, ATHD, and serial no is showing. SPEA-1 is in
    production mode. As per image in display column 1 Vrms is 221.4Volts, Arms is
    14.43mAand Watt is 0.332 watt. In Display column 2 VTHD% is 1.2 and AmpTHD% is
    19.7.
    In the lower display serial no of testing model shows which is 1124. THD TYPE LEDs
    and PERCENT LEDs are OFF. This also shows that SPEA-1 is in production mode. (Mode
    has been discussed on HOME page). You can also view more information on SPEA-1
    Details .

    In the above image SPEA-1 is in R&D mode.In display column 3, Left side shows
    harmonics value/Percent and right side shows serial no or level of harmonics. Last
    display so Harmonics is showing in place of Serial No. Harmonics type is Voltage and
    image shows the value of 3rd harmonic.
