named Edward Archbald, William Merchant,

down Cornhill together, and {eparating at Doétor
Loring’s corner, the two former were pafling
the narrow alley leading to Murrays barrack, in
which'was @ foldicr brandifhing a broad fward of
an uncommon fize againft the walls, out of which

ter part of the combat, and when the boys had dif
