1. NO REQUEST FOR CHANGE IN EXAMINATION CENTRE WILL 8. The Candidates appearing in the written test should, in their own
BE CONSIDERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

2. The candidate must bring this E-Admit Card at the Examination

Centre. No candidate will be allowed entry without this E-Admit


Card. The candidate is also required to bring one of the photo
identification card in original viz. Voter Identity Card, Driving
Licence, PAN Card/Passport or Addhar Card along with this Admit
Card. The identity of the candidate will be matched from the original
proof. In case your e-admit card is without photograph, you are
advised to bring two recent passport size photographs in the
examination centre.

3. The written examination will be held on 26.04.2015 and the

candidate is requested to reach / report examination centre as per


reporting time given above i.e. at 02.15 P.M. Answers of questions
are to be given by the candidate in the computerized OMR Answer
Sheet only with Black or Blue Ball Point pen by darkening the
circles. Therefore, candidates are requested to bring Two Black or
Blue Ball Point pens for the Examination.

4. No candidate will be allowed to enter the Examination Centre


after the scheduled time of commencement of examination i.e.
03.00 P.M. No late coming is allowed.

5. Possession and Use of electronic devices such as Mobile Phone,

Micro Phone or any other Associated Accessories, Calculator, Log


Tables / Pager, Digital Diary, Book / Notes etc. are strictly
prohibited in the Examination Hall. If any candidate is found in
possession of any of these devices / documents his/her
candidature is liable to be cancelled. As such, the Candidate
should not bring Mobile Phone/Micro Phone and any of its
accessories etc. in the Examination Centre. AAI will not be
responsible for its safe custody / loss.

6. Please retain this E-Admit Card carefully for future records and the
same to be produced at the time/stage of checking of documents.

7. The Written Examination shall consists of Objective Type 120

Questions (60 Questions relating to professional knowledge i.e.


Physics & Mathematics and 60 questions relating to General
English, General Awareness, General Intelligence & Numerical
Ability) with 4 multiple choice answers out of which candidate has to
choose one correct answer only. Each question carries one mark.
There is no negative marking in the written test.

recruitment process is "PURELY PROVISIONAL" subject to
pending detailed scrutiny of your fulfilling the eligibility conditions
as mentioned in the advertisement for the post you have applied

fulfill the eligibility criteria, candidature of such candidate is liable
to be rejected at any stage of recruitment process or even after
joining if any information provided by the candidate is found false
or is not in conformity with the eligibility criteria mentioned in the
advertisement including Caste Certificate.

9. The details printed on this e-admit card must be checked by the

candidate.
In case your admit card mentions some other
discipline/post or is without photograph, then the candidate is
advised to personally report, one day before the conduct of
examination at the 'Facilitation Counter' from 10.00 AM to 02.00 PM
with 2 passport size photographs along with documentary
evidence/proof so that necessary corrections are made and
attested. The address of the 'Facilitation Counter' will be made
available under "Career" Column of AAIs
website i.e.
www.aai.aero. No request for change in name, category, date of
birth, etc. shall be entertained since the candidates were advised to
check their details in the online application before submission.

10.No candidate shall be allowed to leave the Examination Hall before


the completion of the written test & without handing over the
Question Paper & OMR Answer Sheet to the Room Invigilator.

11.Any query / concern of the candidates related to any question(s)

may be submitted to the Room Invigilator after the examination is


over or may be submitted to Dy.G.M. (HR), ANS, Airports Authority of
India, Rajiv Gandhi Bhavan, Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi-110003

within 7 days of conduct of the examination. Thereafter, no


representation in this regard will be entertained.
