To Whom It May Concern:

It is great pleasure to write this letter on behalf Stefanie Vergara. This young lady
demonstrates qualities that make her an outstanding teacher. Stefanie is a bright, inquisitive
and talented individual. Her enthusiasm for teaching and learning sets a positive tone in any
classroom or learning environment she enters.
Of particular merit, is her use of manipulatives and technology in her lessons. Each lesson is
thoroughly planned and skillfully taught. She maintains a strong child-centered environment
in which she inspires critical thinking and participation from all her students. She teaches by
example, provides assistance without reprimand and redirects when necessary.
Even at this early stage, Stefanie demonstrates many teaching competencies usually seen in
more experienced teachers. It is obvious to me that Stefanie has great potential to become an
expert teacher and I enthusiastically endorse her application.
