Lesson Plan/Time
Body of Lesson: Demonstrate understanding on the 5 senses, and using this knowledge to focus
attention on everyday use of these 5 senses.
Outline:
Students will be split into stations depending on number of students; students will each test their
5 senses.
Stations will include
Smell- Vinegar
Hear-Basketball bouncing
Taste-Grape
Touch/Feel-Play dough
Sight- 2 Pencils (eye covered)
The stations will include all that is needed to create a functional lesson. Students will do each
activity with supervision, and chart down the recordings based on correct or incorrect answers.
Example- Students will receive their results on the answers they get correct or incorrect. Students
who get all 5 correct will receive a prize! Prize will include a sucker or piece of candy.
