Mindfulness is a practice that relieves stress, builds resilience and increases wellbeing.
It does this by promoting the qualities of stillness, presence, awareness, clarity, and
grounding in our lives and in our relationships. It frees us from distress by de-stressing
the mind and body through conscious awareness.
These experiential classes will teach you the following:

Mindfulness practices, including meditations, to still the mind, connect with


presence and ground oneself
Resistance and how to deal with that
Finding peace amidst chaos: using mindfulness during reactive/challenging
situations
Self reflection: questioning the unquestioned mind.

At the end of these classes you will have accomplished the following:

You will have a better and clearer understanding of mindfulness


Be able to establish different mindfulness practices in your daily lives
Create an awareness of how the mind, body and spirit are connected
Be able to align them in order to flow through with the least amount of resistance;
using mindfulness to raise your vibration in a reactive situation, and the practices
to centre one self and find peace, in that reactive moment.
Have a better awareness of the mind and how it creates stress in our lives.
Have created an awareness of the self or mindfulness within so that one
can recognise and detach from stressful/reactive situations

Classes are suitable for beginners and those looking to refresh


their practices and meet like-minded people.
