Athletic Training Taping and Wrapping Techniques: The Basics
The finalized list of taping and wrapping techniques is based on the information gathered
during my meeting with the Volunteer Sports Medicine Student Aids, as well as my meeting with
two of my certified athletic training co-workers. I have decided to organize the information based
on the location of the injury, rather than taping or wrapping. Below is the finalized list of taping
and wrapping techniques that will be used within my instructional program.
