To: CSF Senior, Class of 2015 From: Mrs. Davis an, Date: February 2015 | want to take this opportunity to update you on your CSF status. SX congratulations! You have enough semesters as a member of CSF to be designated a Life Member. This means that you will definitely have the honor of wearing a white cap & gown at graduation. You will receive your cap & gown at a ceremony during the annual CSF dinner that will be held on Monday, May 18. Details about the dinner and an invitation will be forthcoming. Congratulations! You have enough semesters as a member of CSF to be designated a Life Member AND you are just one semester away from 100% membership. This means that you will definitely have the honor of wearing a white cap & gown at graduation. You will receive your cap & gown at a ceremony during the annual CSF dinner that will be held on Monday, May 18. Details about the dinner and an invitation will be forthcoming. At the dinner you will be provided with a grade sheet to take around to ALL of your teachers for the current semester. Once they have ALL signed the form with your FINAL grade for this current semester you will bring that to me along with a CSF application and your $10 dues and | will give you the gold stole which indicates 100% membership. Congratulations! You are only one semester away from achieving Life Membership in CSF. You will receive an invitation to the CSF dinner which will be held on Monday, May 18. Details about the dinner and an invitation will be forthcoming. You will not receive your cap & gown at the dinner. At the dinner you will be provided with a grade sheet to take around to ALL of your teachers for the current semester. Once they have ALL signed the form with your FINAL grade for this current semester you will bring that to me along with a CSF application and your $10 dues and | will give you your white cap & gown. By the way, the gold stole is different than the gold cord. The gold cord is not distributed by CSF. The gold cord is awarded at the graduation ceremony to students who have an overall, weighted GPA of 3.5 or higher at the end of the seventh semester of high school. Also, when submitting your cap & gown order, you will not indicate that it should be white. | send a list to Josten’s and let them know who has earned the white cap & gown and who might have a white cap & gown. lf you have any questions about your status as indicated above, please see me in Room 107 before school, at lunch, or after school
