PREFACE

As a student of management, its a great pleasure to undergo Project work training. In our
BBA 4th Sem IMS Ghaziabad, we are required to take the project, as it is a part of our
curriculum. Therefore, it is a great pleasure for me to complete my project on,
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN ROYAL ENFIELD (INDIA) MORADABAD. It
was really an enriching experience for me.
The project contains brief information about ROYAL ENFIELD (INDIA) and detailed
analysis about CUSTOMER SATISFACTION conducted by me in this organization. I
