32 MB or more of installed RAM
Windows - Shockwave - supported browser:
Netscape 4.0 or greater
Internet Explorer 4.0 or greater
AOL 4.0 or greater
256 (8 bit) color depth or greater

If you do not meet these minimum requirements,

you will be unable to install from the custom install program, but you
can still install our software. Just double-click
on the *Setup.exe program in the ProMod, MedMod, or SvcMod folder on
your CD.
