domain to other workstations.

April 6-10 2015

Assigning the time and schedule (working hours and day offs) of our duty.
Recalling and teaching the new interns about the dialer, SJ Phone, IP
configuration, changing from domain to other workstations.
Getting to know each other with some of the old interns and telling their
experiences in the company.
Shadowing the old interns while assisting the agents.
Assisting the agent on their technical issues.
Copying and installing post coder on the agents computer.
Checking every computer available on the outbound if it is working.

April 13-17

Screenshotting the call activity of the Das (Directory Assistance).

Installing of software like skype, Kingsoft, Zoiper.
Disassembly of computer ports
Replacing defective system unit, mouse, headset, and keyboard.
Transferring the whole computer units to other work stations.
Changing IP address of a certain station.
Checking the Lan Cables in the storage room if working using network cable
tester.
Organizing the peripherals like mouse, keyboard and headset in the storage
room.
Getting the IP address of a certain stations and reporting it to the IT staff.
