Dear Sir,
I _____________________ has been retired on dt. _______________ & the
pension as per preliminary instructions on the subject was granted to me by your
office. Now some of the retiree of erstwhile HSEB now Nigam who has been
retired before 01.01.2006 has represented the case in the Honble Punjab %
Haryana High Court, Chandigarh and the case have been decided on 17.02.2014.
The Honble Court has given the benefit to the employees who has been retired
before 01.01.2006 at par with the employees who have been retired after
01.01.2006.
So, it is humbly requested that same may kindly be considered keeping in view
the order of the Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh so that I may not be
deprived of my right. Now th Haryana Govt. has declared benefit to the family
pensioners vide notification finance department NO 2/51/2008-1 pension dt. 6
feb 2015.
