TIRAMISU Recipe

Ingredients:
400 grams Ladyfingers
400 grams of Mascarpone (Special Italian cream cheese)
3-4 eggs (I use 6 eggs)
100 grams of sugar
cup cream (I use 35%)
Bitter cocoa for topping
Marsala wine 120ml (I use cup)
Kahlua Liquer 90ml (I use 1/3 cup)
Steps:
1. Separate egg white & yolk in 2 bowls
2. Add sugar in the bowl of yolk, mix (I use electronic mixer high speed) to
creamy color, add mascarpone mix medium speed, then add the cream
3. Add the balanced sugar in the egg white bowl, use clean mixer high speed for
2 minutes+, fold half of egg white in the egg yolk mixture mix well, then add
the other half fully mix well.
4. Strong coffee mixed with Marsala and Kahlua
5. Ladyfingers, one by one dip in coffee mix for couple seconds and put at the
bottom of the container (rectangular one is preferable), evenly spread the
cream mixture on 1st layer of ladyfingers, (spread cocoa power on top as
option), repeat 2nd layer of ladyfingers, spread the cream mixture again on the
top.
6. Cover the container with a piece of aluminum sheet, put in the refrigerator for
at least 3 hours.
7. When about to eat, spread cocoa powder on the top and enjoy.
