Terms of Call:

The terms of Call for the appointment of a Nationally Ordained Minister to the
Parish of Highgate are as follows:

Standard terms of call include:

 Basic stipend
 Basic expense allowance
 Car allowance, by way of re-imbursement, as per Assembly scale
 Removal expenses
 Free telephone other than private toll calls
 Secretarial assistance by arrangement
 Four weeks annual leave, plus 11 statutory leave days
 Study leave as defined by Assembly unless otherwise stated and approved
by Presbytery/UDC
 Housing allowance, to be negotiated with the Church Council

The approval of the Presbytery/UDC is needed before a position can be

established and before a call is issued.
