Since | have known Julian since his birth, | have observed him grow into the hard working young man he is today. Julian is motivated, knowledgeable, and has a willingness to undertake any project. He works hard, and has an ability to set priorities. | frequent Julian's place of employment, Raley’s, and have been given compliments on Julian's character and work ethic. He has organizational respect and peer respect, and promotes diversity. Julian is very athletic, and not only participates in school sports, but takes his talents outside of ‘school sports to sports activities with relatives and friends. Julian is highly competitive and maintains a good balance between competitiveness, fairness, and the desire to excel. While Julian is a team player, he has demonstrated leadership abilities, both on and off the sports field. Julian is very responsible as a family member and continues to show his willingness to help his parents and siblings on a day to day basis. Julian is a role model to his siblings, relatives, and friends.
