June-August 2014 Responsibilities: Bussed tables; clearing plates, whipping tables down, and setting them in a quick manner so that the restaurant ran smoothly. Stacked dirty dishes in an organized matter for the dishwasher and took clean dishes out to their designated areas in the restaurant. Assisted the restaurant staff in daily tasks such as filling water pitchers, taking out the trash, and occasionally doing dishes. Assisted in closing the restaurant by setting tables as well as cleaning and restocking the kitchen and cooking areas.
