What is one important thing that youve learned as a result of this
assignment? o I learned that there are many different versions of the same fairy tale. When I think of fairy tales I tend to think of the Disney versions, because that is what I grew up watching. I realized during this assignment that there are many other versions of the fairytales that are nothing like the Disney versions. How do you think that the work and thought that went into this assignment might help you as a teacher? o I think that this will help me because when I teach fairy tales to my students I will make sure that they know that there are many versions of the fairy tales. I could even have my students read different versions (that are appropriate) and have them analyze how they are different. Can you connect this assignment with something else in this course or in another teacher-related course? o I do not feel that this assignment connected to any other assignment that I have done. I feel that this assignment connected with the discussion we did in class on fairy tales very well. I had never done an assignment like this in other education courses. Questions about the assignment. o Do all fairy tales have different versions of their story?
