To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Josine Bryson and I am the grade 4 teacher at Crestwood School. I have
had the privilege of working with Joanne Shaw for 5 weeks during her IFX practicum
experience as her mentor teacher. Joanne will be a teacher of the highest caliber, and
an asset to our profession.
To begin, Joanne is organized, dedicated and punctual. She was always prepared and
she planned engaging lessons for all the students. After the lessons, Joanne would take
time to reflect as well as assess and use this information to plan her next lesson.
Having those key qualities will allow Joanne to succeed in the classroom.
Joanne always put forth extra effort, whether it was in the form of organizing a school
wide event, collaborating with others, or spending extra time with the students. Joanne
is an outstanding professional and an asset to education.
I would highly recommend Joanne for any teaching position as she exemplifies an
outstanding teacher.
