To Whom it May Concern,
I came across your Desktop Publisher opening while looking for a position as an
technical writer and editor and I believe I would be wonderful for the job. Your
purpose is very interesting to me as I have had experience with complicated
medical equipment and their confusing manuals. I would love to help improve them.
I have had a lot of experience with Microsoft Word 2010. As a writer, I have
impeccable attention to detail and am no stranger to repetitive work. I am also quite
flexible when plans and priorities change, even when this change is abrupt. For
example, if a due date is changed or guidelines altered, I will still get my work done
in time and well done. And when other team members need my help I am available
to put in my thoughts and ideas. If I am not completely familiar with a process or
software, I am always eager and capable to learn.
