teamwork and brainstorming abilities. For example, throughout my last semester of my freshman
year at California State University, Northridge I was able to incorporate and engage all of my
skillsets in order to comply with the Mechanical Engineering 101 class requirements and fulfill
the class expectations with a successful project as well as a passing grade. For example, the class
project required each student to form a team structure and provide a presentation on a working
design. In the team I was assigned to, we chose a traditional team structure where one leader
would distribute responsibilities to the rest of the group. I volunteered to be a leader and was able
to maintain a structured group with my organization, persistency, planning, time-management,
and motivation. I was able to revise group work to submit reports on the projects progress in a
timely manner and to enhance the details and material of the final presentation for my
Mechanical Engineering 101 introduction course. With these skills and experience, I can present
the members of your corporation with reliable success throughout the summer period.
