To Whom it May Concern, Ihave known David Duxbury for over nine years now. During this time I have had the opportunity to watch him grow and mature as young man. In our church David has faithfully served in our youth leadership and is one of our top leaders. In the last few years he has served on our adult worship team as our church guitarist and has even led our congregation of four hundred in worship services. His fellow high school peers often tell me of how he is a positive and encouraging person. Due to his character and leadership abilities, David has been able to influence not just those in his generation, but older generations as well. Throughout his years of service, he has proved to be a very helpful person. We hold our student leaders to a high standard of moral conduct & character. I believe that David epitomizes that standard. He works well as a team player and is efficient at problem solving without having to be micromanaged. It has been an honor & privilege to work with David. I believe that he will excel at what ever he puts his heart and mind into.
