EVIDENCE
Diagnostic, formative, or summative ?

Formative Assessment - Teacher will notice

how students answer questions to identify
areas they may have to cover again.

ASSESSMENT
This lesson is awesome because it provides
immediate feedback. Students will be
assessed based on their level of engagement
with the game, teamwork, fair play, but also
their understanding as a whole group for the
science learning intentions that were from
lessons 1-4.

Teacher will also notice student reaction when

questions are asked to get a sense of what
students dont understand the concepts
learned thus far.

ACCOMODATIONS
This is a reward-based game that influences
team play. Students will be on teams but
theyre input will be individualized in order to
better understand whats important about the
things we are learning.
