MFML Thermal Mass Flowmeter

Highly Accurate OEM Digital Flowmeter

Rugged Liquid Flowmeter with no moving parts

Linear output signal with ow
Eliminates gross errors of volumetric ow measurement
+/-3% FS including linearity, repeatability, hysteresis & thermal
coefcient
On-board digital calibration
Wide range of Liquid usage.Sensor Material In Stainless Steel

The MFM has been developed using the 10

years mass ow measurement & control
experience within MFML to produce a
practical, low cost, rugged owmeter
suitable
for
demanding
industrial
applications.
There are no moving or delicate parts
within the ow passage so the MFM is
therefore very rugged indeed.

As a Rotameter replacement, they provide

5 times better performance with an electrical output linear with ow, which may be
used for logging and control purposes.
The unobstructed internal ow passages
are easily cleaned with suitable solvents
should the owmeter become contaminated in use.
With a temperature range from 15 to 80C,
the MFM performs well in Liquids of All
temperatures and ambient environments.

Continuing Development
The MFM is subject of an intensive development programme and options such as new ranges, digital
outputs, local displays, different ttings, etc. etc. are all being worked on at the moment. If you have a
particular specication in mind, including enhanced performance, please do not hesitate to ask, your need
may already be in progress.
