To Whom It May Concern:

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Juan Ciudad. I have had the privilege of knowing him for one year.
Juan has always displayed a high degree of integrity, responsibility and ambition. He has always exemplified
himself as a leader and not a follower. He is an honest, determined and self-motivated young man who
achieves the goals he has set for himself.
Juans accomplishments do not end there. The qualities which shine in him as a leader also help him to be an
intricate and valuable member of a team. His good judgment, and mature outlook, ensures not only a
practical approach to his endeavors, but a passionate approach as well as Juan is a young man who always
gives 110% in every aspect of his life.
Juan would be an asset to any college or organization. Investing in his future in any way be it academic or
