They practice their Customer Service skills introducing themselves tothe patient and to the family and reminding them to get all their belongings from their hospital room, and thanking them for {coming to Mercy and telling them to stay well or enjoy their new family or whatever is appropriate for @ discharged patient. ‘We have monthly Student Volunteer meetings where the students make tray favors for the patients for the holidays to cheer them up and life skis forthe students.
