The Spread of Buddhism

There are 3 different types of Buddhism Theravada, Mahayana, and Vajrayana. The
Theravada was had southern traditions. The Mahayana had northern traditions. The Vajrayana had
Tibetan traditions. The Northern tradition (Mahayana) spread to places like Sri Lanka, Thailand, and
other Southeast Asia countries. The southern traditions (Theravada) spread to Afghanistan, Nepal,
and other Central northern Asia countries. However the Tibetan traditions (Vajrayana) only spread to
