(Step 1) Pair Transmitter and Z-Wave Energy

Usingthetipofapaperclip(orsomethingsmaller),pressandhold
(upto12seconds)thesmallbuttononthefrontofthetransmitter
(seeFigure1)untiltheredLEDflashesonce.Releasethebutton
andtheredLEDwillbegintoflashrapidly.
WhiletheredLEDflashes,press
andholdthebuttonontheZ
WaveEnergyBridge(seeFigure2)
whilepluggingitintoanoutlet.
ThiscausesthegreenLEDtoflash
rapidlyontheZWaveEnergy
Bridge.
TheredLEDlightonthe
transmitterandthegreenLEDlightontheZWaveEnergyBridge
willcontinuetoflashrapidlyforabout60secondsafterwhich,
bothLEDswillflashinsyncaboutevery10seconds,signallingthat
thetransmitterandtheZWaveEnergyBridgehavebeen
successfullypaired.

takesonetotwominutestoreboot.

PanelshoulddisplaythattheZWaveEnergyBridgehasbeen
learnedin.
