‘Asa Geometry teacher st Merced High School, I have had the privilege of getting to know Molly
Waite and benefiting from her exceptional work ethic and positive attitude during the 2013-2014 school
‘yeat. During this time, Molly carried herself in a professional manner both inside and outside my
classroom,
During this past school year, I got to witness how dedicated Ms, Waite was to accomplishing her
‘current goals of passing her classes but also start investing in er future plans of attending the Art
Insitute of Sants Monica. Although she started off bit shy, she became more and more confident in her
ability to perform atthe highest level in my class. She has always been a hard worker and willing to
Jeam and improve. Because of this, she does not shut down when she is wrong and actually welcomes
the challenge to fix and leam from her mistakes which not a lot of students do. Furthermore, she is very
‘cooperative and always does what she needs to do to improve and what I also like about Molly's attitude
is seeks help but also enjoys teaching others that are struggling.
Molly is avery outgoing, energetic, ad intelligent young woman whois trly invested in
crafting her creative skills by aking the necessary classes and building the right attitude now and
becoming a successful graphic designer. Her enthusiasm to help others and her willingness to learn and
not get discouraged when faced with a challenge, ae in my opinion, her best qualities which will
transfer over into any job she applies to. Ihave no doubt that Molly Waite will bea perfect addition to
ny business by bringing with her these, and many more, qualities into the workforce and immediately
