Day 1
Steps:
1. Pranav Pranayam (Omkara): 5-7 times.
2. Bhramri: 5-7 times.

3. Anulom Vilom: 3 rounds to activate and purify Ida (chandra nadi/left nostril), pingla (surya nadi/right
nostril) and sushumna (central chanel/equal breathing through both nostrils).
4. Square Breathing: improves breathing, heightened energy levels, and gives clarity of thought.
5. Visualize the color and form of the chakras mentioned in the table below, following the order. Once
that is established, chant the Beeza Mantra minimum 8 times.
