NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the Association By-Laws that the
Annual Budget Meeting will be held on Thursday, February 18, 2010 in the
Social Room at 7:30 pm located on the 14th Floor of building 1200 Brickell Bay
Drive, Miami, Florida 33131. The following is an agenda of items to be discussed
at such meeting.
