END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT EXECUTION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By selecting "YES", you are certifying that you or your company have executed an

have remitted to Motorola any applicable licensing fees, and that you agree to b

bound by the terms of the Software License Agreement. Otherwise, you must selec

This software, including the software components, data files, media, printed mat
erials,
and on-line or electronic documentation ("Software Product") contains intellectu
al
property owned by Motorola, Inc., which intellectual property is protected by Un
ited
States copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other
intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software Product is not sold, and
may
only be installed and used under license from Motorola. Accordingly, prior to
installing, copying, or using this Software Product, you must execute a license
agreement with Motorola that specifically authorizes your installation and use o
f
this Software Product ("Software License Agreement").
